We understand your personnel needs are often immediate and strive to respond to them accordingly. Our goal is to reply to you within one hour and continually follow up to keep you fully informed as we search for the right match. When your need is not so immediate, we are able to take considerable more time in searching for the right employee to match just what you're looking for.

Once an employee starts working we will continue to follow-up with you to ensure your needs are being met. Should any fine-tuning be necessary we'll make those corrections on the spot. Or in the event the employee does not meet your needs, does not perform adequately, or does not meet your expectations; we will replace the employee immediately.

How can Belcher Staffing save you money?

  • Elimination of all hiring costs and long-term benefits costs associated with direct hire employees.
  • We assume all payroll costs, tax liabilities, and applicable employee related insurance's (Worker's Compensation, General Liability, State and Federal Unemployment).
  • Elimination of advertising costs, we'll run the ads for you.
  • Pre-screening of applicants. Rather than being swamped with applicants who don't fit or match your requirements, we'll pre-screen each one and only refer those who are a match.
  • Background checks. We'll run all references and if necessary conduct a criminal background check through the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED).

  • Vendor on Premises (VOP). An on-site representative to oversee all Belcher Staffing employees and provide immediate assistance to the client.
  • Pre-testing of Applicants. Understanding that experience does not necessarily mean competence, our testing packages enable us to verify our employee's posses the skills necessary to perform the job. For administrative, clerical and bookkeeping positions, we use the computer based Prove It!. This is a testing platform that not only evaluates a potential employee's knowledge on multiple levels, but can also provide interactive training. For the manufacturing and Skilled Trades industry, we offer a variety of basic skills testing. Each will determine the employee's competence and skill level.
  • Drug Screening. Understanding a major concern in the workforce today is the use of illicit drugs on the job, we can provide on-site drug testing with a 5-minute turn-around. We currently screen for THC, COC, OPI, and AMP (other test panels are available upon request). Additionally Belcher Staffing has adopted a "zero tolerance" policy which prohibits the use of illegal drugs and substances at any time, both on-the-job and off-the-job.
