As much as we view our relationship with our clients as a partnership, we take that same approach with our applicants and employees. The more we know about our employees, the better we can provide for them. Benefits
-Vacation. Upon the completion of 1,500 hours of continuous uninterrupted employment, each employee is eligible for one week (40 hours) paid vacation. For subsequent years vacation, the employee must remain on continuous employment with Belcher Staffing.

-Holiday Pay. We recognize six (6) holidays during each year as paid holidays. They are New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Only those employees eligible for vacation are eligible to be paid for those holidays.

-Medical Insurance. We offer a low cost Medical, Dental, Disability, and Term Life insurance program offered by Allstate Financial and underwritten by American Heritage Life Insurance Company. Each employee may elect to what coverage they wish to be covered by and the costs are through payroll deduction.

Resume Service
We will review each resume with the applicant and provide tips to strengthen the resume. We may also prepare the resume if the need arises
